'Criminal, Dangerous': Iran Shoots Rare Warning To Saudi After MBS' Rare Military Action In Mideast

Iran has sharply condemned the joint US-Saudi airstrikes in Iraq, accusing Washington and Riyadh of violating Iraq’s sovereignty and attempting to widen the conflict across the Middle East. In a strongly worded statement, Iran’s Foreign Ministry described the attacks as a “blatant aggression” and alleged they targeted official Iraqi facilities and infrastructure serving Arbaeen pilgrims. The strikes reportedly targeted positions of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), an Iraqi state-recognized security force that the US and Saudi Arabia describe as Iran-aligned armed groups. Tehran warned that the attacks could further destabilize the region as millions of Shia pilgrims gather in Karbala for Arbaeen.
